We booked a train to Ninh Binh for 35,000d and left at 10:00am. The journey took 3 hours in total and i'm sure if the weather had been nicer then the views would have been great to look at, however I buried myself in a book instead. The journey went smoothly and the local people were very friendly, with one lady sat opposite me kindly offering me a piece of her fruit.

Train journey from Hanoi to Ninh Binh
We booked a train to Ninh Binh for 35,000d and left at 10:00am. The journey took 3 hours in total and i'm sure if the weather had been nicer then the views would have been great to look at, however I buried myself in a book instead.
